Use the menu on the left hand side to find Mind Training resources in your area, in a similar manner to the way you would find files on your computer. For example, to find Mind Training resources in Oregon, USA:

1. Click on the icon opposite Americas,
2. Now click on the icon opposite USA,
3. Now click on the icon opposite Pacific Time + AK, HI,
4. Finally, click on the word Oregon itself to see Mind Training resources in Oregon.
5. As you navigate down, areas for which there are existing resources, such as Americas, are in bold. Areas where no resources have been entered to date, such as Wales, are not.
6. To view further details on the teachers, centers, and events listed, click on the appropriate Details link.

1. Resources you add will show up not only at the level that you add them, but at all higher levels in which they are contained. For example, if you add a teacher in Seattle, WA, USA, that teacher will show up not only in a search for Seattle, but also in searches for Washington State,, Pacific Time Zone, USA, and Americas.
3. So the first step is to navigate down to the lowest applicable level, as described in the instructions to the left.
4. Once you are at the lowest level, click on Add Teacher/Center or Add Event and fill out the form that appears.
