Contains a wealth of material on Mind Training and Ken's "Wake Up to Your Life" program. Ken is one of the few teachers who has a deep enough grounding in Tibetan Buddhism to be capable of 'de-mystifying' it without losing its essence.

The organization that continues the work of Chogyam Trungpa, with which Pema Chodron is also very much associated. They have meditation centers in most major cities through many of which you can learn tonglen and Mind Training, as well as having simulcast video teachings from time to time.
They have a large and well-organized website with a lot of information of interest to Mind Training practitioners. |

The center offers regular programs and instruction at their urban center, as well as sometimes having regular Mind Training discussion groups (for current schedule, check the website). They offer several retreats every year, which generally include at least one on the tonglen (sending and taking) practice, often with a Mind Training component. KCC itself has been in existence for a long while and has many advanced practitioners and a good sense of community. There is always someone around who has the personal experience to help you with your practice-related question.
